2. Cancellation and refunds policy

If for any reason you would like to cancel a booking made online, this may be done by contacting our Customer Service on (012) 810 2000.
You will not receive any refunds if a booking is cancelled less than 5 (five) days prior to the training course date.
Cancellations of bookings received will attract a 20% administration fee.
Refunds will be paid within 30 days.

We reserve the right to debit your payment card in respect of any late cancellations. If you cancel your payment for any reason or if your payment card should cease to be valid for whatever reason, you will nevertheless be bound to pay to the full purchase price, including all costs incurred by us relating to the recovery thereof.
Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies in law, we reserve the right to cancel forthwith any sale and/or your registration in the event of your breach any of the Terms.

3. Privacy policy and information security

Your privacy is very important to us and therefore any information that you upload on our Website including any payment card information will be stored on a secure server. Our secure server encrypts your identity number and payment card details in order to minimise the risk of unauthorised disclosure or interception. Our Website makes use of ‘cookies’ which collect data about the device that you use to access our Website. The cookies minimise the possibility of unauthorised access to, and disclosure of, your personal information. We will not disclose, sell or rent your personal information to third parties without your consent unless we are compelled to do so by law. We may do so if you have granted consent thereto.
Whilst all reasonable efforts are taken to ensure that your personal information and/or credit card details are protected over the internet. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information you exchange with us.
SEESA (Pty) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to process personal information in accordance with the stipulations of the POPI Act.

5. Transaction Currency

All prices shown on our Website are quoted in South African Rands and are valid and effective only in the Republic of South Africa. We reserve the right to discontinue or change the specifications of our services time to time without notice. We will inform you as soon as possible if any services ordered by you are not available.

6. Export restrictions

The booking of training courses on this website is available to South African clients only.

7. Delivery Policy

SEESA (Pty) Ltd offers training services and products.

Service: Training Courses
The training courses will only be offered at the dates, times, places and for the duration as indicated on the applicable training schedule. Bookings done online constitute your offer to purchase subject to these Terms. Your offer is deemed to have been accepted by us when you receive our confirmation of your booking. Failure by us to formally confirm or notify acceptance shall not affect the validity of the sale or the enforceability thereof.
All learners attending training courses will be required to complete and attendance register in order to attend training.
Upon proving satisfactory attendance of the training courses, learners will receive Certificates of Attendance.
Upon being found competent for accredited training courses, learners will receive Certificates of Competence.

Products: Training related products
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 days and delivery confirmed by way of emailed receipt (e.g. booking number / booking voucher etc.). Goods can be collected at the applicable training venue, or alternatively couriers and the postal services are used for deliveries - all associated costs are visible on the invoice.

8. Country of Domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and SEESA (Pty) Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

9. Pricing policy

You will be charged the prices as they are reflected on the Training Schedule.
You will be charged the actual amount due in respect of the specific Training course to be attended or the product delivered to you.
Prices include Value-Added Tax.
Training courses may be subject to certain conditions, including seat availability and limited offer stipulations.
